Hi Everyone,
I’m sitting in a hospital waiting room at about 11:30 PM on a Monday night because I’ve got a messed up knee, can barely walk, and I’ve got a high fever. Super-duper not comfortable. Not sure what the problem is, but hoping to figure it out and get it sorted ASAP.
In the mean time, I’m afraid there will be a temporary disruption/delay in my usual twice-weekly posts. I’ve got a draft for tomorrow’s post, and I like where it’s going, but I won’t be posting it at the usual time for two reasons:
- If I push myself to get it done to a satisfactory level in the next 12 hours, that’s going to be a whole lot of extra stress I don’t need, given the current situation.
- I want it to be good, and frankly I’m just going to need more time to get it where I want it to be.
Not sure about posts beyond tomorrow’s, as I’m not sure what the medical situation is, but I’ll be here writing and working as best I can, and hopefully it won’t be long before it’s all back on schedule.
Thanks for reading, you as an audience have made this an incredibly worthwhile project for me.
